Bulgur Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup bulgur
  • 1 cup apple sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp cinnamon Instructions:
  1. bring water to boil
  2. add bulgur, cover, simmer 20 minutes
  3. stir in apple sauce, butter, cinnamon
