Chili con soja

Ingredients

  • 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 200 ml tomato paste
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 300 ml water
  • 100 g dried soy mince
  • 400 g canned kidney beans
  • 3-4 tbsp oil
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1-2 chili peppers
  • (a pinch of chili flakes) Instructions
  1. Heat up the wok pan and pour some oil in it.
  2. Add diced chili peppers (remove the seeds).
  3. Fry for about a minute
  4. Add chopped garlic, drained and rinsed kidney beans, dried soy mince, water and all the other ingredients.
  5. Stir, cover with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice for example. Way too much sugar in tomato paste and soy ಠ_ಠ Diced tomatoes instead of tomato paste
