Chili con soja
Ingredients
- 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
- 200 ml tomato paste
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 300 ml water
- 100 g dried soy mince
- 400 g canned kidney beans
- 3-4 tbsp oil
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1-2 chili peppers
- (a pinch of chili flakes) Instructions
- Heat up the wok pan and pour some oil in it.
- Add diced chili peppers (remove the seeds).
- Fry for about a minute
- Add chopped garlic, drained and rinsed kidney beans, dried soy mince, water and all the other ingredients.
- Stir, cover with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice for example.
