vegan Nutella

Ingredients:

  • 400g vegan semi sweet chocolate
  • 6 tbsp peanut mousse
  • 3 pckgs vanilla sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 250 g vegan cream
  • 100 g salted, roasted peanuts

Instructions:

  1. chop the chocolate coarsely and melt it in a small pot at low heat. stir from time to time
  2. remove pot from heat
  3. add in peanut mouse, vanilla sugar and salt steadily
  4. add the cream smoothly
  5. coarsely chop the peanuts and add them, too
  6. pour the creme in a well cleaned glass jar (it'll stay for at least 2 weeks in the fridge)
  7. let it sit for at least 2 h before serving source: Vegan fuer Faule
