vegan Nutella
Ingredients:
- 400g vegan semi sweet chocolate
- 6 tbsp peanut mousse
- 3 pckgs vanilla sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 250 g vegan cream
- 100 g salted, roasted peanuts
Instructions:
- chop the chocolate coarsely and melt it in a small pot at low heat. stir from time to time
- remove pot from heat
- add in peanut mouse, vanilla sugar and salt steadily
- add the cream smoothly
- coarsely chop the peanuts and add them, too
- pour the creme in a well cleaned glass jar (it'll stay for at least 2 weeks in the fridge)
- let it sit for at least 2 h before serving source: Vegan fuer Faule
